Hamburger Stroganoff.

It's not a gourmet dinner, but I never said all our dinners were going to be gourmet. It was good, and I changed the original recipe to add some more vegetables to it. All in all it's a keeper, especially for a quick dinner.

Hamburger Stroganoff
(make 4 servings WW pts: 9 a serving)

1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package mushroom sliced
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. Light butter
1 Tbsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Fat free Sour cream
1 cup frozen peas
4 ounces Whole wheat spaghetti noodles

In a pan, saute mushrooms, until they are wilted. Remove from pan and set aside, in same pan brown hamburger and drain. Mix in Mushroom soup, mushrooms, milk, butter, pepper, sour cream and peas. Cook on medium-medium low while noodles cook.

Cook noodles according to package directions, then add to hamburger. Mix and then remove from heat. Serve immediately.

It did end up being a little higher in points, but was really a filling meal and pretty cheap to make.
