Chicken Fajita Salads are good.

Does the title tell you everything that is on my mind or what?
It's true. We made a chicken fajita salad for dinner. It was so light and summery, while my taste buds were have a little fiesta celebration!!

Chicken Fajita Salad (makes enough for 2 salads)
WW pts: 6 pts (includes the dressing)

Dressing (for one):
2 Tbsp. Light Ranch
1/4 cup Pace Salsa

Chicken and Veggies:
1- Chicken Breast, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
Sliced Red, Yellow, Orange Bell Peppers
Cayenne Pepper
Lime Juice

Salad Toppings:
Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tomato diced Tomato
4 cups Lettuce (of course)

Saute the Onions, Peppers and Chicken. When they are almost done I added the spices, and lime juice. I didn't put measurements, because everyone likes their different levels of spicy.
I chopped the lettuce, and tomato, then at the last minute added the chicken and veggies. Topped it with a little cheese. Then added the Dressing.

By adding the Salsa to the ranch it makes the dressing go farther, and it adds just a little more veggies to the already. OH and the spice of the salsa isn't too bad either.
